Role Overview
As an ambassador for ALAÏA, you represent the brand through its values, history, and DNA. You know how to create an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Offer Personalized Customer Experience:
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience by embodying the values, history, and DNA of Maison Alaïa.
· Perfectly master the Client Journey (welcome, advice, loyalty) by ensuring expert presentation of collections and products.
Strategic Client Development
· Recruit, retain, and develop a prestigious local and international clientele, leveraging proven clienteling expertise.
· Build and manage a solid client portfolio by personalizing each interaction (VIP visits, phone calls, private appointments).
Managing Sales Performance Indicators
· Proactively analyze key indicators (sales, CRM) to achieve the store's ambitious objectives.
· Collaborate closely with management to adjust sales strategies based on trends and performance.
Rigorous inventory and merchandising management:
· Ensure efficient inventory management by adhering to internal procedures and anticipating business needs.
· Apply VM guidelines and propose innovative solutions to optimize product layout.
Operational leadership within the store
· Actively participate in the training and skills development of the sales team, sharing best practices as a Senior Sales Associate/Sales Associate.
· Be involved in after-sales activities and ensure impeccable service at every stage of the Client Journey.
Engagement in the team and boutique life
· Ensure a neat presentation that meets the brand's guidelines to reflect the brand's excellence.
· Participate in the preparation of sales reports and share relevant analyses with managers.
Profile
· At least 3-5 years of retail experience in luxury retail with a strong track record in sales with an ability to delivering elevated client experiences and building long-lasting relationships.
· Strong team player.
· Highly motivated and fast-learner.
· Great communication, well groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality.
· Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English are essential; additional languages are a plus.
