What are we expecting from you?
The successful candidate will support the Marketing & Communications Director in establishing & implementing the Maison’s strategy. Providing her/his expertise and passion, with full responsibility in implementing the Communications strategy in line with global/regional strategy and local priorities and leading and developing the Communications team. A pivotal role, collaborating with all local functions as well as regional Communications teams, to contribute to nurture the House’s DNA and elevate the its awareness and desirability within its field of expression without compromise.
Key responsibilities include:
• Budget Management - Build A&P budget, track and manage A&P spending and expenses. Be responsible for the communications budget planning.
• Strategic Planning & review - Develop and implement the long-term and yearly communications strategies across all functions. Review monthly and annual communication plan. Analyse the implementations of all communications strategies and campaign KPIs. Provide Market intelligence information with Marketing Manager.
• Digital & Media - Annual media planning and strategy development. Supervise media execution and KPI achievement. Collaborate with designated media agencies.
• Public Relations & Event - Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community. Plan strategic PR initiatives. Propose annual event calendar. Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement. Support all local/regional/international PR events.
• Team Leadership & Management - Empower internal team and be a role model based on our Maison’s values and lead external partners towards reaching Maison’s goals and standards. Develop all communication team members skillsets, leadership and competencies. Manage day to day activity, set up define priorities and create synergies.
