MAIN PURPOSE

InresponsibleofHigh Jewelry Business Development in Korea, the major part of this job is to support High Jewelry manager not only to reach the HJ goals(KPIs and qualitative objectives) but also to nurture the potential Sales associates as HJ Specialist by coaching, training, strategic client approach action plans. She/He will be the key contact point for liaison with Regional team then coordination across all office teams, boutiques to enhance HJ performance, skills and communication as transversal role.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 : High Jewellery Development

·  Support High Jewelry Manager to execute central training materials properly (HJ board, HJ training, HJ coaching and so on.)
·  Be a main contact of regional team for HJ development contents/tools and make sure with local adaption (including translation, proof reading of training materials)  
·  Work closely together with HJ Sales Associates for client portfolio, bespoke action plans set up
·  Support to transmit & share expertise on selling HJ skills
·  Support to make High Jewelry Event materials and sales tools cooperated with related department ( MKT, CRM)
·  Plan and operate of annual HJ board meetings and HJ event preparation meeting

 

 

Key responsibility 2: High Jewelry Sales Operation

·  Support High Jewelry manager with sales operation regarding HJ sales
·  Plan and execute High Jewelry CP plan collaborated with MKT and CRM
·  Manage client appointment and scheduling to support High Jewelry Manager
·  Cooperate with MKT and CRM to support HJ event operation
·  Manage all meeting agendas regarding HJ sales operation
