You have proven operations experience, strong problem-solving, communication, time management and collaborative skills, and are proactive to improve efficiency, effectiveness of work and customers’/suppliers’ satisfaction. This is a fixed term contract.
What are we expecting from you?
Supporting our Sales Team in boutique, you will be responsible for:
· Ensuring effective practices on stock movement (receiving & transferring…), storage (safe, stock count & specification…), cash and bill procedures (POS, float, bank deposit…), report and document preparation (reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, traffic, invoices, archives, mails…)
· Being the point of contact for workshop and work closely with Sales Associate & Workshop Administrator (if appropriate), to manage the repairing process, client service activities and spare parts inventory
· Contributing to positive team spirit and external third parties’ relationships & actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life & event organization – developing personal knowledge & skills, group training sessions and virtual learning platform to raise awareness on back-office activities among the sales team by training his/her backup
· Proactively providing support to the sales team, welcome clients and ease their waiting to ensure a high level of client experience and in-store journey
