MAIN PURPOSE
As part of the Marketing & Communication team for Hong Kong & Macau, you will report directly to the Marketing & Communication Director in the role of V.I.E - Business Analyst & Marketing Project Coordinator. You will support the team with business and marketing reports, performance analysis, and market intelligence. This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract, ideally starting in September or October 2025, and is based in Hong Kong.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· BUSINESS PERFORMANCE:
· Manage all sales-related reports (Daily Sales, Weekly Estimates, Monthly Final Results, Monthly Sales Summaries, ExCo Summary, Ad-hoc requests from the Executive Committee).
· Analyze trends and drive insights for management action and identify opportunities for growth.
· Manage the sales budget and reporting process.
· Lead the Weekly Sales Estimates meeting.
· Manage product performance-related reports (monthly marketing reports, product dashboards).
· Analyze marketing activation performance: set up KPIs with the different teams, track 360 results, and drive learnings by comparison with previous campaigns.
· Support the Management team in delivering Business Reviews for strategic meetings.
· Support the ExCo team in annual Market Action Plan preparation.
· 360 MARKETING SUPPORT:
· Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
· Create and maintain rich, interactive visualizations through data interpretation.
· Work closely with management and key stakeholders (product, client, digital, network, e-commerce) to gather requirements and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights.
· Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic solutions, translating complicated problems into simple frameworks.
· Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity, with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
· Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
· STRATEGIC COORDINATION:
· Serve as a liaison with staff and department leaders regarding project updates, proposals, and planning.
· Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
· Provide tactical support to implement ideas.
· Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
· Work with department leaders to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals.

EDUCATION: University Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
Proven analytical skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
Strong SAP and Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytical tools.
Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand their respective challenges and motivations.
LANGUAGES: Fluent in spoken and written English.

Firstly, you will engage in an online video interview of 15 minutes for us to assess your understanding of the position and motivations.
Subsequently, you will meet with the HR team to dive deeper and assess your fit for this role.
Finally, you will meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
