Are you a good match?
You have extensive experience as a training manager or similar role in luxury/ hospitality industry.
You have in-depth knowledge of training strategy and analysis on training programs, retail operation, customer service, and selling techniques with luxury retail environment.
You have the ability to create engaging and impactful training and excellent presentation and facilitation skill. (Additional training certification is a plus.)
You are a positive team player with a good leadership skill to manage and develop a team.
You are fluent in English. (verbal & written)
What are we expecting from you?
· Develop local training strategy and yearly training programs: You will establish local training strategy to develop retail BTQs and CRC teams and plan a yearly training program and budget. You will collaborate closely with Regional to design, develop and implement training programs (sales techniques, clientelling skill, client service and product knowledge) while meeting the specific needs of the market and aligning with the overall strategy and directions set by Maison. You will work with retail team, develop and manage a talent pool with training, coaching and sharing the feedback.
· Organize and Deliver Maison’s key in-store and classroom training: You will conduct Maison’s key trainings which focus on soft skill and communicate all the training programs on a timely basis with your team and collaborate with cross functional teams to build more impactful training contents and delivery of training. You will provide regular training reports to ensure all needs are met, analyze the training result and monitor the progress of performance & training efficiency to foster follow up action. You will also lead retail ambassador/board programs to cultivate local learning culture.
· Enhance Client Service: You will inspire the team to understand importance of client experience and relation with their performance and implement trainings & skills to increase the quality. You will monitor overall client satisfaction through service indicate tools and support BTQ with field coach.
