YOUR MISSION:
Design and develop new production processes focused on increasing efficiency and performance.
Contribute to production support by defining manufacturing processes.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Design and develop innovative production processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Define and implement manufacturing processes to support production.
- Select optimal approaches to deliver products and services that meet customer needs within established systems.
- Develop detailed product specifications and design rigorous test procedures and standards.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify solutions, navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Utilize preset tools, methods, and formats to collate and analyze data independently.
- Create and maintain high-standard technical and user documentation, ensuring backup for instant recovery.
- Organize and prepare complex documents using diverse applications for technology devices, including standard office software.
- Gather and summarize data for special reports.
- Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as necessary.
- Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Must be an experienced practitioner capable of working unsupervised.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others is necessary.
