Job description
You are a vital part of our Talent Management team working to develop, implement & execute new gradaute recruitment strategy for our organization and Maisons. Your day to day consists of screening & qualifying potential candidates, partnering with our HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers to provide job market awareness, and proactively building a talent pipeline, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle new gradaute recruitment process. MAIN PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to implement the New Gradudate Talent Acquisition Strategy and program in Japan. The Talent Acquisition function is tasked with identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing, and hiring talent for current and future roles, ensuring a constant talent pipeline for our organization.
Our Talent Acquisition Partners are change agents for conceptualizing and driving a new wave of proactive talent sourcing, sharing new practices and behaviors among the HR community, and ensuring a strategic approach to anticipating & filling staffing needs.
Success in this role is demonstrated by working closely with the Maisons and other business functions as a strategic business partner to provide the best talent available.
More importantly, the Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a Richemont Ambassador who guides the candidate experience and ensures we have a rich candidate pipeline to continuously support the business strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Program Management
· Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for Japan region’s new graduates hiring and internship program.
· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Streamline the overall program delivery by collaborating with the Maisons and key stakeholders.
· Market Research
· Gather data on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
· Be actively involved in name gathering and organizational mapping.
· Identify key competitors in the market and adjust strategies to deliver world-class experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Network with key universitiies and make an ongoing communication strategy to deliver timley messages to attract top talents.
· Employer Branding
· Proactively share Richemont’s Employer Branding initiatives to active candidates to foster interest in our organization while remaining aligned with our Global Employer Branding Guidelines.
· As a true change agent, be proactively involved in Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the TA function.
· Build a relationship with the targeted univiersities in Japan by employer branding initiatives and visiting campus.
· Internal Stakeholder Partnerships
· Develop and maintain partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand their needs, advise them on market trends and talent insights, and guide them through the recruitment process.
· Create tailored recruitment strategies by Maison and function taking into consideration time-to-fill, recruitment costs, and quality of hires.
· Vendor Partnerships
· Partner with recruitment agencies by pitching jobs, managing applicants and interview processes, and providing feedback.
· General Administration and Data Management
· Use our systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure compliance with Group guidelines, quality data, transparency, and consistency in the TA community.
· Report and present up-to-date information on recruitment processes to our internal stakeholders.
· Process invoices and employee referral payments in a timely manner.
Desired Skills/Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
· Industry experience in retail / luxury goods would be a plus
· Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels across teams and functions to advocate for talent, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity
· Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently as well as part of global, cross regional teams in a highly matrixed environment
· Knowledgeable and passionate about new graduates recruitment strategies and effective approach in talent attraction.
· Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills
· Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team and client groups
· Naturally curious, loves learning and ability to turn that into deep assessments of talent based on competencies
· Fluent in both Japanease and English.
