HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

You'll be fully integrated into our Cartier Boutiques in Serrano street in Madrid. 

This immersive experience will place you at the heart of the Cartier Maison, allowing you to:

·  Gain firsthand understanding of how our Boutiques operate and contribute to the success of our Maison.
·  Develop strong relationships with our Boutique teams, learning from experienced Sales Associates and understanding their client service approach.
·  Witness firsthand the importance of our Boutiques in fostering connections with our discerning clientele.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

· 
Support the organization and animation of the boutique reception area 

· 
Assist Boutique Sales Associates in their selling ceremony to create a unique moment for our clients 

· 
Actively participate in the deployment of the in-store service offering (CS, Hospitality, Food & beverages) 

· 
Participates in the personalized welcome of customers expected by appointment. 

· 
Scrupulously applies internal processes and communicate efficiently to address clients’ needs 

· 
Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the customer experience in the store through relevant suggestions
