F&A Maison Training Manager

Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is planning and implementing training / development programs to the maison employees in technical, professional and management skills, and also helping employees understand the maison DNA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 : Develop training program
· Develop professional/technical training program
· Develop management program for boutique managers
· Develop training program for new boutique opening
· Identify and analyze training needs at the maison retail boutiques
2 : Implement training
· Implement management training for boutique managers/assistant boutique managers.
· Coordinate implementation of technical training
· Implement initiate training
· Implement training for new boutique opening
· Implement training for seasonal OMS
· Follow up with new comers by providing a sponsor checklist and collaborating with newcomer sponsors.
· Follow up with boutique trainers for in-store training and also organize boutique trainer meetings.
· Manage logistics for training delivery
· Collaborate with Richemont Training Program development & implementation for office-based staff/managers
3 : Manage training information
· Prepare and manage annual training calendar
· Manage maintenance and update of training history (list of training program and participants)
· Manage and control training budget.
4 : Assessment of training for improvement
· Assess effectiveness of training program (by exam or mystery shoppers) and analyze future training needs.
· Provide feedback about training results and challenges to the management, and propose plans to improve the program.
5 : Develop training materials
· Develop training materials ( Newcomer, Follow up, fashion basics, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· 3+ years Training experience in apparel/ luxury industry
· Deep knowledge of luxury fashion business
· Intermediate- Business level of English
