Job description
12-month fixed-term contract – 20h/week
Your Responsibilities:
· Greeting customers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience
· Assisting the sales staff with product presentation
· Supporting the Boutique Administration in all areas such as inventory organization, incoming goods, etc.
· Preparing shipments, including correctly packaging the products
· Coordinating external service providers
· Assisting in visual merchandising and product presentation, including pricing
Your Qualification Profile:
· Completed training in a customer- and/or service-oriented environment (e.g., jewelry retail, upscale hotel industry, etc.)
· Very good knowledge of German and English, additional language skills are desired
· Resilient team player with a confident, open, and appropriate demeanor
· Precise and accurate way of working
· Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system
