Sustainability Engagement Intern

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

 

This role supports the Sustainability Engagement team by supporting the Group’s Sustainability strategy through engagement programmes with the Maisons, Regions and functions. The Engagement Intern works transversally to ensure the support the internal initiatives to raise awareness, develop talent and foster a strong community. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a 6-month internship position with start date 15.10.2025.

 

In line with this, your responsibilities would include:

 

·  Daily review of industry news to maintain a database and ensure the Sustainability community remains informed
·  Support in the organisational planning of internal Sustainability meetings (both virtual and in person)
·  Assist in the writing, preparation and distribution of department publications and presentations
·  Design graphics and layouts for communication materials
·  Support in the internal development of sustainability training materials
·  Support in the development of multimedia content by editing videos and integrating animations to enhance communication
·  Assess external learning materials to evaluate potential to respond to the business’ needs
·  Analyse training data and maintain monthly dashboards to review progress against targets

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

·  You have a Bachelor degree and/or Master student in sustainability or business
·  You have a demonstrated experience and/or interest in the luxury or relevant industry sector
·  Excellent written and spoken English, other languages such as French, Italian or German would be a plus
·  You are creative and a strategic thinker with an eye for trends
·  You have a strong capacity for multi-tasking and diligent whilst working under supervision to meet deadlines
·  You have strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
·  You have advanced Microsoft Office skills (proficient command of Excel and PowerPoint)
·  You have experience with Learning & Development platforms is a plus
·  You have a positive attitude and team player
·  You have flexibility, detail-orientated and positive attitude
·  Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
·  Available for a 6-month  internship with  starting date 15.10.2025
