Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The person, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, will support the Supply Chain Team in the planning of the purchasing of the finished products and in all the inbound/outbound activities.

 

How will you make an impact?

·  Support in the calculation of the net demand and determination of the supply needs based on the stock levels of the carryovers and best sellers.
·  Support in scheduling the seasonal forecast (S&OP) for the purchase of the finished products.
·  Monitor the stock levels to put in place all the possible corrective actions to decrease the leftovers.
·  Allocation and transfer of the products to full/off price internal/external channels.
·  Planning and coordination of the weaving of the Mosaico Panels, scheduling the production plan of this semi-finished products with the internal Leather Artisans and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
·  Prioritize the panels cutting in collaboration with our Production Division.
·  Managing the shipment flow from our HQ to our internal and external suppliers.
·  Prioritize the production of the finished products in relation to the delivery windows of the internal and external stakeholders.
·  Coordination of weekly alignment meetings with the Production and Sales teams to monitor the delivery plan accordingly to the needs.
·  Prioritize the Quality Control and Packing activities of the finished products coming from Production in our external DC in collaboration with our Quality Coordinator.
·  Allocation of the existing stock and the newness coming from production to the various orders for our internal/external channels.
·  Reallocation of the stock through internal movements to the various SAP locations.
·  Coordination of the DC workflow with a daily interface with our external warehouse. Planning and organizing all the outbound activities by providing to the DC the specific excel files to pick&pack all the orders for our internal/external channels (retail - ecommerce - bespoke – wholesale - intercompany). Pre-Alert the warehouse about all the inbound deliveries providing to the DC the specific excel files to allocate the products in the correct SAP locations.
·  Interface with couriers and customers to organize the pick-up of the various orders to our internal/external channels depending on the different incoterms of each partner (DAP-DDP-EXW etc) and providing them all the necessary shipping documents and certifications.

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Degree in Management Engineering, Economics – or similar - preferred
·  Knowledge and experience in Production, Logistics and Supply Chain is mandatory
·  Italian mother-tongue (or equivalent), fluent in English
·  Excellent knowledge of the Office package - Excel is mandatory
·  Knowledge of SAP is mandatory
·  Problem solving with an analytical approach
·  Good mathematical skills
·  Planning and organization skills
