What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of materials needed for After-Sales, Customer Service, and Production Jewelry. Additionally, you will support the Van Cleef & Arpels Americas Workshop by managing and ensuring the on-time delivery of raw materials.

 

In this role, you will:

·  Organize the procurement of stones and metal for the production lines, including tracking inventory levels and counts.
·  Track the fulfillment of spare parts to our subcontractor network.
·  Manage the procurement of spare parts, including metal and stones for the customer service repair team.
·  Track all incoming purchase orders in transit, as well as create and manage RID Claims and 0005 stock.
·  Report on part delays in SAP for client repair fulfillments and create purchase orders for the necessary parts.
·  Analyze and plan MRP stock for daily consumption and usage.
·  Provide support for ad hoc requests as needed.

Expected Salary Range: $80k - $85k

 

This role is eligible for annual bonus.
