Job description
We are looking for a Trainee in Client Data and E-CRM for 12 months
Your Role:
E-CRM
·
Create specific E-CRM campaigns to support the local business needs (ex: emailings).
·
Emails: End-to-end campaign including CSV build, targeting, proofing, testing, delivery and reporting.
·
Monitor the results of the CRM actions and share bi-monthly reports on main KPIs. Experience in Looker desirable.
·
Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver a strong CRM activation plan that drives our strategic business priorities.
CLIENT DATA
·
Support with the analysis of the client segmentation as well as audience / users KPIs to provide actionable insights to commercial, marketing & communication departments.
·
Identify business opportunities among the client segments and be able to propose new activation ideas according to local needs. Creative thinking desirable.
·
Build event reports in collaboration with the Events and Arts & Cultural teams.
·
Build reports on new competition’s trends and new client behaviour.
·
Support all teams with their data knowledge.
Your qualification profile:
· Completed studies in business or a comparable degree as well as initial practical experience in the field of Business Analytics and/or CRM.
· Strong Analytical skills.
· Affinity and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new complex tasks.
· A hands-on personality who is flexible to take on different tasks and go the extra mile.
· Confident written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1).
· Very good MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge in Looker is a plus.
