YOUR MISSION:
Supports the Creation/Design department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject.
Assist the department in administrative tasks.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Conduct feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions under supervision to provide feedback and contribute to design validation.
- Create detailed engineering drawings for communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Perform a variety of tests requiring detailed assessment, measurement, and judgment.
- Support product development or engineering tasks by gathering data or preparing documents, following established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
- Develop a working knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required standards.
- Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritize routine tasks to improve efficiency, and adjust multiple related variables to resolve production problems.
- Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.
- Respond to queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information or referring more complex issues to others.
- Enhance procedural or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Upper Secondary School education.
- Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- No managerial experience required. \
