KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as local Digital executive to support the group’s Digital projects and initiatives.
- Monitor best practices of eCom/ CRC (Client Relations Centre) / Omnichannel retail in KR market, especially leveraging the KR specific digital ecosystem of Naver & Kakao.
- Find opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experience.
- Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations.
- Consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly CRC & e-Com sales report.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital
- Support Digital operation related tasks.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree
- Require 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital/Data
- Native Korean speaking/ Proficient verbal and written English skills
- Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making
- Positive attitude, team player, open-minded, flexible
