You possess extensive experience in integrated Media from an agency or luxury retailer, with a preference for Spanish fluency and LATAM experience. You are proactive with strong leadership abilities to lead meetings with key stakeholders including HQ, Media agencies, and cross-functional teams, develop strategies, and serve as a market ambassador. Your proven project management skills, excellent presentation, and communication abilities highlight your passion and curiosity for emerging media and digital trends within luxury retail.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the AVP, Media & Digital, you will lead the execution of the Media strategy for the Americas markets, including Canada, Brazil and Mexico. You will be collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, E-Commerce, Marketing & Communications teams to enhance awareness and achieve eBusiness goals through a locally adapted integrated Media strategy.

 

In this role, you will:

· 
Lead Media strategy across three markets, adapting global guidelines to local market needs across all media channels.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, priorities, and the optimal Media mix for both local and national markets.

· 
Evaluate Media campaigns and formulate clear conclusions along with actionable recommendations and optimizations.

· 
Responsible for overseeing all program executions, including developing briefs, managing campaign timelines, and allocating resources efficiently.

· 
Monitor Media performance, develop a measurement plan and KPIs for awareness and E-Commerce objectives, drive E-Commerce growth, propose new opportunities, and collaborate globally on testing plans.

· 
Develop and expand SEM across Google and Social Search, define annual traffic plans and projections, and analyze consumer-driven search behaviors.

· 
Responsible for effectively communicating local culture and Media concepts to internal stakeholders, cultivating publisher relationships, and leading weekly meetings to report upcoming campaigns, performance, and new opportunities.

Expected Salary Range: $130k - $140k

 

This role is eligible for annual bonus.
