HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Cartier UK, the Senior HR BP acts as a strategic partner to supports the overall people strategy to enable the business effectiveness and achievement.
This role plays a critical part in driving business success through effective people strategies, talent management, organization design, and culture development. Partners closely with people leaders / managers to influence and support change, ensure strong employee engagement, and maintain compliance with Company policies and employment law. As a seasoned professional with strong people analytics skills, ability to convey or propose different solutions with strong partnership with key stakeholders, whilst also being comfortable with operating in a hands-on manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with Head of HR to compile and implement a HR strategy that is employee centric. Serves as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and helping shape strategic decisions from people perspective, enabling the implementation of overall business and people strategies.
· Support business transformation efforts, including organization design, workforce planning, and cultural evolution to ensure the Company continues to be a collaborative and inclusive community, as well as delivering optimal performance.
· Lead or support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and integration of organizational changes.
· Partner with leaders and people managers to develop leadership capabilities and succession pipelines through coaching and targeted development plans.
· Drive comprehensive talent process, including talent reviews, performance management, career development and succession planning.
· Leverage HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and provide alternatives or solutions
· Being a collaborator with the other HRBPs within the UK businesses on a number of annual projects in employee relations, talent development and L&D.
· Working with UK Employment Legal team, ensure the relevance of HR policy as aligned to business requirements and local employment legislation, and support audits and risk mitigation efforts.
· Lead or contribute to Cartier and Richemont HR projects such as engagement strategies, DEI efforts, university partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Compile, develop and present monthly reports and HR metrics to manage the HR calendar, identify potential trends, and address concerns and to manage resources.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Extensive experience in senior HR roles (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and similar)
· Proven track of delivering people strategies aligned with short and long-term business needs
· Evidence in delivering successful solutions accelerating talent development and strengthening employee engagement
· Strong knowledge of the performance review process, talent assessments and development tools
· Ability to understand and transfer people's data into relevant insights to drive evidence-based decision-making
· Ability to build strong business partnerships and work with key stakeholders
· Strong presentation and communication skill
· Strong experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
· Solid understanding of the UK employment law
·
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and internal people data (SAP/ Visier) and assessment tools (PI, 360, EQ)
· Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
· CIPD level 5 diploma & BA degree preferred
· Experience using Workday preferred
