Role Insight:
Watchfinder are looking for a Seasonal Boutique Assistant to join the team in our Bluewater Boutique on a 3-month FTC, to support the sales team and the overall operations of the Boutique during our peak period.

If you have an interest in watches and are looking to expand your knowledge, this is an amazing chance to work with over 50 different watch brands and be a part of a passionate sales team.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable to each individual customer and their needs and always conducts themselves in a professional manner.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting the sales team with general administration and operation tasks in the Boutique
· Assisting customers by dealing with their queries in store and via incoming phone calls to the Boutique.
· Opportunity to assist with visual merchandising, helping to display watches on the shop floor
· Scheduling customer appointments & overseeing the booking-in process on behalf of the purchasing team including PO creation
· Completing serial number, box & paper checks using strong attention to detail
· Ensuring all stock is stored correctly in line with the Safe Scan process, as part of the end of day procedure
· Working with our in-store Stock & Dispatch Assistant to send out watches to other Watchfinder locations & direct to customers, in addition to general stock control
Technical Skills:
· Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Client-centric approach – provide excellent customer service by offering guidance and assistance as needed.

· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to work efficiently under tight time constraints.
· High levels of attention to detail to always ensure accuracy, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise your own workload.
