WE RECRUIT

The SAP Technical Solution Architect is responsible for delivering challenging, complex SAP-centric solutions that reflect best-practice business processes as well as leveraging the latest tools and methodologies on the SAP technology platform to achieve high performing business operations.

The Solution Architect will lead, collaborate and partner with various IT groups including vendors and should have a deep understanding of SAP, its roadmap and how it aligns with Richemont Global IT strategy.

A strong awareness of digital transformation initiatives including cloud deployments and re-hosting solutions - Experience in building and deploying Cloud strategies at a technical level.

With a proven experience as a SAP Technical Architect you will have a deep expertise and interest in the following areas (SAP distributed landscape, SAP architectures and sizing, HANA Scale Out/Up and TDI architectures, HA clustering concepts, Hana on Power & SUSE, S/4 & BW/4HANA)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Provide effective leadership skills in developing a team of Basis technical resources, participate in sharing his/her expertise on HANA topics with technical teams and be willing to design, plan, document and drive HANA proof-of-concepts to completion.
·  Strong configuration skills in leading projects that include administration of SAP HANA, HANA Security, Smart Data Integration, SAP BW implementation experience Sizing & Config,  etc.
·  Analyse business requirements and designs comprehensive, cost-effective enterprise level solutions.
·  Develops and tracks activities through current project planning methodologies. Ensures that projects meet established time and cost parameters while adhering to established practices, procedures and standards.
·  Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives
·  Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis.
·  Ability to learn independently, and have enthusiasm to teach others in a technical and organizational topic. Ability to grow, coach and mentor other team members to become equal or better skills than you have.
·  Ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment

 

·  Provide operational support
·  Be available to support planned operation during the week-end or over night
·  Be involved in the main Richemont projects, act as the technical reference influence design to ensure system stability and performance, inform and involve the technical team when required.
·  Operations architecture – Backup and Recovery, Disaster recovery, High availability etc.,
·  Document the solutions, perform knowledge transfer to the FTS team to ensure smooth operations

        

 

·  Participate in Solution continuous improvements
·  Together with the BC manager, SAP external consultants and Infrastructure teams, define and implement enhancements on the Solution to increase automation, security and stability.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

·  Preliminary training

IT degree in High school or University                                                                             

 

·  Areas of competencies

Netweaver administration (Abap & Java)

Unix and Database management (Oracle / Hana)

Project Management                                                                                                          

 

Specific knowledge .

·  Knowledge of integrating HANA information models with SAP Fiori and other UI5.
·  Extensive hands on SAP Basis experience both in operations as well as projects.

Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
