Sales & Trade Marketing Manager Travel Retail & Agents (m/f/d)  

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st April

This role offers the opportunity to join an experienced and collaborative team while driving Trade Marketing excellence across Travel Retail & the Agent Business. You will shape partner strategies, safeguard brand consistency and translate vision into measurable growth. Leave your mark!

Indulge your passion

  • in strategizing and executing comprehensive trade marketing plans for external boutiques and wholesale partners, including budget management and KPI definition, in alignment with brand and European marketing strategies.
  • in ensuring brand consistency and exceptional client experience by developing and distributing brand materials, toolkits, and sales support for all partner points of sale.
  • in driving visual merchandising excellence through the development and implementation of planograms and asset management, adhering to global brand guidelines.
  • in cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with external boutique managers and key wholesale partners, acting as the central trade marketing liaison.
  • in optimizing partner performance by coordinating training, supporting sales activations, and conducting annual marketing meetings with tailored roadmaps.
  • in managing and optimizing financial performance for key accounts, encompassing A&P budget definition, commercial success, order processes, and inventory.
  • in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, reporting on performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • in fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, VM, Supply, and Finance to achieve integrated business objectives.

You’ll have

  • experience in key account management and trade marketing.
  • knowledge and a good understanding of the luxury industry.
  • excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships.
  • an understanding of how to act customer-centric while managing internal interests.
  • excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines across multiple stakeholders.
  • fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • the flexibility to be based in Hamburg with approximately 20–30% travel to partners/doors.
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace (advanced Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides).
  • experience with BI tools (Power BI/Looker).
