• 店長へのレポート。
• 個人の販売目標の達成とIWCの方針および手順にのっとりブランドの一員として上質な顧客サービスの提供を行う。

業務内容：

• 店長により設定される毎月、及び年間の売上とKPI目標を達成する
• 商品知識と機械式時計の特徴、IWCの歴史、宝飾業界における競合の情報を顧客へ伝えられるようにする
• 研修への参加
• 会社のカスタマーサービススタンダードの遂行
• 顧客管理データの作成とCRMガイドラインの適用
• イベント時の副店長のアシスタント
• 本社からのVMDの指示に従って店舗内の商品陳列を維持する
• ブティック内外においてブランドの一員であることを意識できるようにする
• 店長からの依頼によるその他職務の遂行
