MAIN PURPOSE
Responsible for the reception, conditioning, and putting on stock of FP and shipping the products and repairs to POS and WHLs respecting the internal rules and the needs of the brands.
Reports to the Logistics Manager. The logistics administrative position entails carrying out the following key responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of inbound and outbound flows both physically and in SAP Gemini (FP and repairs). Reception of new deliveries from various suppliers/carriers. Control quality and quantity of parcel, setting of ‘arrival flag’ inside ERP system (SAP). Verifying the contents of each parcel vs included documents (packing list/invoice), quantity and quality, notice claims. Notice claims (short pack, over pack, wrong reference, etc.).
Management and resolution of incidents related with the transport services. Putting in contact via email and by phone with the carrier CS to solve the issues.
Preparation of jewellery coming from RID for Hallmarking, doing a cross check with the picking list and the physical products received. (Compulsory by Spanish Law)
Control and preparation of FP for events, photo shootings, staff sale and Montblanc corporate gifts.
Organization and coordination of special transport services (Ferrari, Prosegur and Loomis) for photo shootings and events according to specific requirements of Brands and RLGE compliance.
Stock overview: To maintain correct stock levels on monthly bases the candidate does inventory and communicate it to the brand. In case of differences communicate claims via email to the LL team and local brand.
Wrapping corporate gifts for Montblanc Iberia sales.
Management of the engraving and embossing of FP for Richemont Brands.
REQUIREMENTS :
At least one year in Logistics, preferably in the Retail sector.
Advanced of English language, spoken and written.
Proactive, dynamic, flexible person; that demonstrates great capacity for learning, to assume responsibilities and capable of getting involved and working both as a team, and individually
Very goods skills in Microsoft office and SAP R/3 Gemini.
High client oriented.
