As part of the HQ Visual Merchandising Department based in Paris, you will support and contribute to the development and success of the VM team through the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising Director and VM team on all Visual Merchandising related tasks and departmental organization.
- Provide support to the HQ Visual Merchandising and Architecture teams, including props ordering, VM planning, VM set-ups, showroom organization, logistics, and schedule management.
- Assist the HQ Visual Merchandising and Architecture team with in-store and showroom set-ups when required.
- Participate in weekly calls and training sessions to stay up to date with new strategies and techniques.
- Conduct Visual Merchandising benchmarking on competitors and analyze market trends.
- Build strong relationships with the HQ VM team and regional teams, and follow up on their needs related to all VM aspects.
- Support the development of new display tools, including purchase orders, order management, and delivery coordination.
Profile
- Strong interest in fashion and visual merchandising.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a growing team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Previous experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or Design is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
