JOB TITLE C&B Manager
REPORTING TO HR Director
NUMBER OF STAFF REPORTING TO THE POSITION : 1, HR C&B Payroll staff
LOCATION Seoul, Korea
MAIN PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide full spectrum of Payroll and C&B related Services to the Richemont Brands and functions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Key responsibility 1 Compensation and Benefits
· Manage compensation & benefit programs to make sure competitiveness and flawless implementation
· Implement yearly salary review cycle for new salary and bonus payment
· Deliver correct guideline and budget to each brand manager and function heads
· Monitor managers to proceed this cycle according to guideline and budget
· Manage and review Richemont Job Ranking
· Perform market survey with HRBPs with giving them clear guideline
· Share market trend, benchmark result and necessary analytics upon business needs
· Review and analyse office OT claims and make OT report
· Identify C&B related needs then initiate and lead relevant projects or initiatives
· Global compensation survey participation
· Communicate and follow up with region/global C&B team for C&B related projects
· Support International assignee related matters
Key responsibility 2 Supervise on entire payroll processes
· Review monthly salary, withholding tax, tax filing for resignees, DC pension, Year-end tax filing, expat and accruals and so on
· Upload payroll data in SAP correctly
· Prepare company and government audit for C&B payroll process
· Communicate account code and accruals with Finance
· Supervise on entire payroll process and payroll system
Key responsibility 3 Budgeting
· Calculate staff costs for Richemont Shares Function by communicating with finance controller
· Revise staff cost quarterly and validate the discrepancy from previous version
· Check any variance between the budgeted and actual staff cost
· Provide other supplementary data on staff cost which are requested by Finance
· Consolidate budget issues and share new template, changes with HRBPs and finance
K ey responsibility 4 Others
· Provide proper reports/analytics/statistics related to total rewards for brand managers, HR BP and function managers
· Receive employees’ queries on C&B and respond promptly and properly
· Maintain and revise HR policies and procedures
· Handling compliance issues (Labour law related) and follow up
· Operational tasks
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least 3-year experience in C&B and 5-year experience in HR
· In-depth of payroll, tax and labour law
· Fluent in English
· SAP experience preferred
· MS Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) advanced skill
