KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Support and monitoring the negotiations related to all of the retail projects where internal boutiques operating in Korea.
·  Coordinate and align with leasing regional team to define the best strategies
·  Coordinate and align with local and central Maison’s HQ through the implementation of regular reporting/meetings to enhance project visibility and decision process.
·  Responsible and be able to engage earlier conversation to secure best locations
·  Anticipate and communicate any potential delays to any projects
·  Coordinate to assist in market research/mapping and analysis for new Maison launching
·  Closely monitor competitor movements and maintain an up to date database of competitors portfolios
·  Coordinate and streamline the project review & validation process with Legal and Finance Team. 
·  Maintain a data-base of all new projects
·  Coordinate a standard Market Visit data/presentation for VIP visit.
·  Communicate closely  with the Landlords to maintain strong  relationship for negotiation and being a partner of choice.
·  Managing lease contract for BOS and all boutique opening/relocation/expansion/renewal along with legal related review
·  Collaborate with JEW, SWM, F&A Maisons for managing sales analysis and achieve teamwork
·  Maintain IB+EB(including DF) margin/network database and conduct sales analysis
·  Responsible for BOS lease related negotiation with landlord
