Regional Retail Operations Executive (contract until 30 March 2025)

Are you a good match?

 

You have proven experience in Retail Operations at boutiques or offices, strong collaborative, analytical and organizational skills. You are highly responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated and proactive, experienced in Retail IT Systems (i.e. SAP) and proficient in using MS Office. You master English and Cantonese, and Mandarin would be a plus.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Reporting to the Regional Assistant Retail Operations Manager APAC, you will be responsible for:

 

Regional Operations Management:

· 
Ensure boutique operations are efficient and in line with Maison’s guidelines

· 
Be the superuser of systems/tools, coaches and provides support as well as to manage the troubleshooting

· 
Acts as a strong collaborator with APAC markets, regional and HQ teams, contributing to the evolution of Retail Operations (e.g. best practices sharing, communicating about APAC-specific adjustments...)

· 
Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

Operations Projects Deployment:

· 
Contributes to design & test phases of projects on global and regional level, coordinate & support markets in the adoption and implementation (incl. coach & support local teams on change management and new tools)

· 
Provide insights and recommendations to implement/adjust boutique operations in Omni Channel projects

· 
Plan, roll-out, and train the local retail teams on international procedures (Maison Policy)
