HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
HR Operations Executive is mainly responsible for
supporting the HR team in managing the HRIS system, including Workday, and performing HR operations to maintain and improve efficient HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead/support HR projects as an HRIS expert, partnering with stakeholders to implement new systems, procedures, and guidelines.
· Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to local HR team for the Workday system.
· Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of HR systems, employee data and reports.
· Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders within the timeline.
· Streamline Workday processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
· Follow HR processes diligently and continuously seek improvements.
· Design and update clear and accessible HR processes, guidelines, and documentation.
· Design, implement, and enhance HR workflow/process – be a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes.
· Provide support for HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
· Ad-hoc support to all other duties as required.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· At least 1-2 years of experience in HR.
· Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
· Experience in HR Operations and HR Administration.
· High attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
· Good communication skills with internal and external business partners.
· Hands-on, well-organized, and able to handle muti-tasks simultaneously.
· Accuracy and Deadline & Detail Oriented
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
