Regional Operations Manager - SEAO

MAIN PURPOSES:
Reporting to the SEAO Managing Director, the key objectives of this position are to define, fine-tune and implement regional stock strategy in accordance with business ambitions. Be a strategic and challenging business partner of Markets, HQ, Commercial, Marketing teams to drive and develop operations accuracy and efficiency.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Demand Management . Manage the overall sales forecast process for the region. Collaborate with commercial, finance and marketing to ensure consistency with Budget, collection strategy and launch strategy. Sales forecast accuracy as a key KPI.
· Inventory Management. Deploy assortment and auto replenishment strategy throughout the network on core range. Define an implementation strategy for novelties and ensure execution. Arbitrate through allocation choice priorities on shortages. Organize and execute travelling collection circulation on high end pieces.
· Conduct sales and stock reporting, analysis & business intelligence for the region to ensure alignment with commercial and marketing with full collaboration.
· Continuous improvement of process and be a change enabler , lead and deploy strategic projects for the region and markets to optimize the operation organization and work process to improve business performance and efficiency. Challenge and provide support to markets’ operations team on status quo to identify improvement areas and seek solutions.
· As part of SEAO Exco, contribute to business reviews, Budget planning, budget revision exercise by working closely with HQ, regional commercial & marketing as well as markets teams.

· You are business proficient in English both spoken and written, mastering another European language would be a plus
