YOUR MISSION:
Leads and conducts public relations activities that facilitate communication of the organization's message to internal and external publics.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Develop and update comprehensive public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration plans to align with business objectives.
- Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure successful execution of public relations and government relations campaigns.
- Implement public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration plans for specific products, services, or specialty areas within established systems.
- Communicate and execute the function's strategy and business plan within the team, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values to achieve local business goals.
- Develop and monitor procedures for the organization, ensuring effective implementation.
- Contribute specialist expertise and insights to the formation of functional strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Execute communications plans within established systems and procedures.
- Manage and analyze budgets for specific areas of the organization, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Set and achieve performance objectives using the organization's performance management systems, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify and address individual development needs within the team, providing training and coaching to enhance performance and potential.
- Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Experience in handling various situations and providing advice to others.
- Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
