Procurement Admin Assistant (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Job description
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
To provide a sound assistance in admin and customer (boutique) support
· Order processing
· Works with the Procurement team, with key focus on the MTM business, to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to meet stakeholder demands and deliver excellence to the end user.
· Data handling
· Keeps records up to date, ensures reports are readily available according to the needs of the internal stakeholders in collaboration with the wider procurement team.
· Store staff support
· Point of contact for store staff within the procurement team
· Confidently responds to queries and pro-actively shares updates with the teams in store regarding progress of orders and resolve any flow issues
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· MSOffice proficiency, strong excel skills are desirable
· Experience working in SAP
· Analytical skills & attention to detail
· Excellent team player
· Flexible and positive mindset and can-do attitude
· Problem solver, resourceful and pragmatic
