YOUR MISSION:Conduct the manufacture, fitting and assembly of jewellery pieces by applying the operating ranges using equipment, machines and tools in accordance with quality, speed, time and safety requirements.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring all activities are meticulously organized to meet project objectives and adhere to the organization's project management framework.
- Oversee the execution of research, workshops, and other activities to define and agree on project deliverables.
- Strategize and implement stakeholder engagement activities to foster effective working relationships and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Coordinate the identification, analysis, documentation, and management of project requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and completeness.
- Identify, evaluate, and address project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating when necessary and implementing solutions to mitigate concerns.
- Prepare detailed project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on changes.
- Lead a small project team, clearly communicating required outcomes and directions, coordinating team actions, and identifying areas for improvement through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Review existing operations within the work area, generating new ideas to identify continuous improvements.
- Manage project resources effectively, proactively handling project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narratives at appropriate review points.
- Assign short-term work schedules to team members to meet expectations within established timelines.
- Prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, including standard office software, and gather and summarize data for reports.
- Draft elements of product documentation and user training to support the transition to business as usual, and contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned identification.
- Conduct assurance reviews within the project, facilitate independent third-party assurance reviews, and take appropriate actions to resolve identified issues, ensuring senior stakeholders' confidence in project delivery according to time, budget, and quality.
- Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain or gain external professional accreditation where relevant to enhance performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
