What are we expecting from you? 

  

Reporting to the Retail Diector, you will be responsible for: 

                   

·  Drive Performance:  Monitor online data and KPIs, identify performance gaps, investigate root causes, and escalate issues as needed to optimize results.
·  Elevate Online Merchandising: Ensure flawless execution of online merchandising assets across all platforms, collaborating with Marketing to adapt global strategies to local online platforms.
·  Drive Web Business: Align with regional partners on action plans and sales objectives for the web and develop the web business locally by supporting HQ vision while raising local specifics.
·  Drive CRC Performance:  Align with regional partners on action plans and sales objectives for the CRC, manage day-to-day needs, track performance, and propose action plans to achieve sales, service, and quality KPIs.
·  Lead CRC Team: Manage a dedicated Team Leaders and Ambassadors, lead recruitment and talent retention and monitor and guarantee quality KPIs
·  Ensure Seamless Fulfillment & Client Experience:  Ensure stock availability, deliver the best client experience from payment to delivery/fulfillment, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
