What are we expecting from you?
As the Online Retail Client Development Project Manager for Online Retail Europe, you will play a critical role, responsible for driving the implementation and execution of Van Cleef & Arpels' client development strategy within the Online Retail team across key European markets.
You will focus on enhancing client engagement, fostering loyalty, and driving sales growth through personalized experiences and targeted initiatives, with a particular emphasis on developing both web and phone-based client relationships and cultivating high-end business.
Client Development Strategy Implementation at the Client Relations Centre (CRC):

Lead CRC client development strategy implementation, collaborating with regional/international CRC Management to align with Maison objectives and market nuances.
·
Support CRC operations for client development.
·
Coach Client Advisors to foster a client-centric culture focused on long-term relationships.
Alignment with Local Markets:
·
Collaborate with UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain market teams to understand client needs and market dynamics.
·
Adapt client development strategies to resonate with each local market.
·
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between the CRC and local market teams via meetings, reports, and projects for a cohesive approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, communications, events, and retail teams for integrated client development.
·
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events to attract, engage, and retain high-value clients.
·
Partner with Regional/International teams to optimize the online client experience.
Focus on Web and Phone Client Base Growth:
·
Implement strategies to expand the online client base, leveraging the Client Relations Centre and market teams in Europe.
·
Optimize the phone-based client experience with the Training and Quality team, ensuring exceptional service and strong relationships.
·
Identify and implement innovative approaches to engage and retain online clients.
Performance Monitoring:
·
Use data analytics to gain insights into client behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns.
·
Prepare reports on project performance and clienteling actions, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
