JOB PROFILE RETAIL EXECUTIVE - TEMPORARY

PURPOSE

As Retail Executive, based in The Dubai Mall, your main responsibilities consist of liberating the sales team from any back-office tasks, consequently, oversee all the administrative charges to facilitate the client experience and leverage the retail processed and flows in the boutique.

 

GENERAL OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

RETAIL (include after sales service tasks)

·  Support Operations Manager and Retail Executives in organizing the Retail operations
·  Archiving and e-archiving – always keep the back office clean.
·  Client and boutique stock after-sale: Monitor and follow up on the after-sale of client & boutique stock, ensure efficient after-sales service.
·  Boutique Stock management: Ensure accurate monthly stock on watches and accessories.
·  Stock replenishment, request and follow up on stock request with Retail Executives.
·  Ensure accurate monthly stock take on watches and accessories

Retail policies & procedures

·  Familiarize with retail policies and procedures. Responsible of invoicing and all back office related procedure.
·  Documents filing (invoices, transfers, consignments, cash collection to be reviewed with SA collecting cash)
·  Responsible for all invoice generations/deposits/sales in Dare system and update the folders on G- drive

Marketing material & Gifts

·  Maintain sufficient stock of marketing related stock (shopping bags, catalogue, data collection card, business card…)
·  Track given out corporate gifts, replenishing accordingly

ADMINISTRATIVE WORK

·  Process all claims and returns (for whatever reason) ensuring that we are following up on all the Richemont procedures
·  Be fully up to date with Richemont policies and procedures for retail and compliance procedures
·  Manage all sales paperwork to be in place – bi-weekly checks for all invoices/deposits/refunds/consignments/approvals as per audit requirements
·  Manage the accessories fully including always ordering/ maintaining healthy stocks and coordinating with HQ for replenishments timely
·  Manage all TA renewal pieces on time to avoid delays and penalties, inform SA a week in advance to prepare their client visits.
·  Support the Operations Manager with any ad-hoc projects or updates related to Gemini system
·  Consignment of ATA carnet for events/photoshoots from BTQ Dare system
·  Hassle free stock replenishment of Valuables/Accessories in accordance with HQ guidelines with verification from Retail OPS Manager.
·  Coordinate with marketing department on boutique snag works, ensure boutique appearance is at the highest standard.
·  Manage boutique supplies (stationaries, groceries) and ensure boutique is sufficiently supplied and Retail OPS Manager is always informed.
·  Manage of storing folders and archiving old folders.
