(Fixed-Term Contract 6- 12months)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As significant support for the overall business, you will work closely alongside Montblanc’s UK Sales Director. Key focuses will include producing UKsell-out reports, HQ sell-out reports, SWM reports, model stock for key accounts, ad hoc business analysis as well as competitor analysisof the luxury marketplace.
You will also gain exposure to both the logistics and visual merchandising aspects of the business; coordinating with the VM and retail teams regarding their POS material. It will be essential for you to handle all the administrational elements associated with new POS orders.
We have recently launched Booster – a new distribution system to enhance productivity.You will play an integral part in the introduction of our Booster tool and more specifically how this will impact CRM activity across the business.
It is important to find an individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about the luxury market; both e-commerce and retail boutiques. A big proportion of the role will involve conducting thorough analysis of e-Tailers VM, product assortment, promotions, events and exhibitions, in order to make valuable recommendations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
As you will help pull regular reports for the Wholesale team, having strong analytical skills is essential. We require this individual to be able to translate this data and communicate crucial findings back to the business.
Relationship building and stakeholder management is of huge significance. Having the confidence to leverage on both internal and external partnerships will enable you to seek the ideal support and achieve success efficiently.
You will demonstrate an attitude of ownership over your work and display a constant drive to provide quality support. Having a strong attention to detail will enable you to identify key issues and opportunities that will steer our future focus.
Having a commercial mind-set is key. Working alongside a number of agile functions, you will need to thrive within a fast paced environment and remain level-headed when faced with potential challenges.
