CRM Events and Client Treatments
Support monthly CRM reports generation and data analysis across the region
Support, plan and execute CRM events (working closely with Regional CRM Manager and Boutique Managers) to engage more high-end clients in brand activities, and create unique and personalized touch.
Prepare and process client event/treatment
Client mailings (catalogue request, welcome pack etc)
Support the development of affinity partnerships, define the action plan for client prospection with retail support.
Media
Preparation and liaising with media and creative agencies for the implementation of advertising assets for the region
Communications
Support the organization and implementation of brand events in the region: logistics arrangement, ideas generation, preparation of marketing collaterals etc.
Assist in post-event reports
Assist with press clippings and reporting
Assist in photoshoot request and administration
Facilitates press material preparation
Trade Marketing
Coordinate delivery and change out of Visual Merchandising themes in boutiques and POS and post-implementation report
Assist in administrative duties

You have data analytical experience with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
You have excellent communication skills and task management skills

You are highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
You have strong project management and time management skills
You have a positive attitude and is a good team player
You have a strong focus on execution, attention to detail on implementation
You are skilled in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
