YOUR MISSION:
Assist the department in their daily activities. Perform some day-to-day administration and communication of Logistics related tasks.

  • Logistics management.

  • Import & Re-Export management

  • Stakeholder management and Management of logistics service providers

  • Ensure compliance at all levels of logistics flows

  • MIS

  • SAP (MM & SD)


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Facilitate logistics for brands and continuously look for different options of temporary importation into India for events and exhibitions

  • Close coordinating with brands and logistics team in India, Dubai, and Geneva for proper planning of logistics to ensure smooth logistics flows

  • Preparing effective logistics plan and timelines to ensure safe and timely delivery for special and high value shipments

  • Manage multiple models of shipments importation / re - exportation like, ATA Carnet, permanent re-export under section – 74 customs etc.

  • Liaising with customs house agents and other agencies for necessary registration, certification, and approvals for shipment importation / re-exportation

  • Proper management of inventory imported and re-export for returns and repairs

  • Ensures compliance and documentation at all level of logistics flows

  • Project planning, necessary approvals from stakeholders, executions, and successful completion of projects within timelines

  • Resolution of logistics issues in timely manner

  • Updates to brands and management in timely manner

  • Regular reviews with brands and logistics service providers

  • Analyse the success / failure of logistics activities and prepares reports, presents to management, and make adjustments as needed

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management



HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others.
