What are we expecting from you?
Support the Marketing Team in its daily missions to enhance business.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
· Liaise with boutiques and regional teams to coordinate, monitor and follow up on the outcome of all availability requests and transfers related to client presentations, events, press shoots, circulation, international rotations
· Monitor stock levels with Product Managers to ensure that stock available in-store is in line with the regional allocation strategy
MARKETING, TRAINING & SALES TOOLS:
· Provide timely, accurate, in-depth tools to support the boutiques with their undertakings, e.g.:
· Local Product Library Tool: update the content on a regular basis
· Product sheets: liaise with regional contacts to gather product information when unavailable on intranet
· Product trainings: conduct research and prepare material for product trainings
· VIP client presentations: support the preparation of important CPs by gathering information and visual assets
· Training books: coordinate printing and shipment to boutiques
· Client certificates: ensure accurate follow up on all certificate requests for sold pieces and special orders
OTHERS:
· Support the Marketing & Communications Teams as needed, according to projects and overall workload.
