MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Regional Projects Office is one of key corporate functions in Richemont Japan, responsible for Internal/External Communication and Regional Project Management within the region. We are now seeking a talented Regional Project Senior Manager in order to take initiative and lead a team to tackle a variety of mission. Reporting directly to the Regional CEO, you will support corporate operations by working on communications and projects that affect the entire company.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Internal/External Communication

The presence of an internal communication professional within the region has the purpose to enable all colleagues to connect within the regional objectives and strategy, whilst enabling them to feel connected to the wider Richemont and Maison family.

 

·  Lead comprehensive regional communications strategy, planning and execution, and budget management.
·  Provide leadership in internal communication with Regional CEO and ExCo.
·  Develop strategic messaging (per Corporate Function/Maison) including Crisis for internal/external audiences.
·  Be the key liaison for global communication and champion of our communication tools for all audiences: live interactions, digital and print materials.
·  Develop and execute seasonal events and townhalls.
·  Work with the Sustainability team to support wellbeing activities and local engagement initiatives from a communication perspective.
·  Act as market/regional communication advisor.
·  Event/Townhall

 

Regional Project Office Management

You will be responsible for the management of the Regional Project Office. Constantly collaborate in the region and with other regions, lead entire team and projects with maximizing resources to accomplish the Regional Project Office mission.

 

·  Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal/external stakeholders.
·  Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within coordinate internal/external resources and third parties/vendors with cross-functional team members for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
·  Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.

 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL SKILLS/PERSONAL SKILLS

 

·  5+ years of working experience in an internal communications or corporate communication function in complex and multicultural organizations. External Communications experience a plus.
·  2+ years of management experience with 2-3 staff.
·  Ability to advise on communication strategies and latest communication trends through in-depth knowledge of the internal communication field.
·  Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders (regionally and market).
·  Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization, in order to meet new or changed goals.
·  Proactive, show good judgment and come with suggestions and ideas.
·  Strong knowledge of how business operate.
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
·  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·  Fluent in business English/Japanese communication
