Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
As the Marketing & Communications Trainee, you will support the marketing and communications team with the 360° strategic activation plan for this fiscal year mainly focusing on boutique opening and local client experience activations in Munich:
In this function, you will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and work in close cooperation with both marketing and communications departments of four team members within an international work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail and Trade Management
· To manage visual merchandising and decorations at our wholesale, retail partners focusing on our boutique in Munich and new decoration roll-out phase
Wholesale Marketing:
· Assistance of the team to track all online and offline social media channels and websites providing assets and tools to our partners
Eventing and Client experience activations:
· Support the Marketing Manager with planning, execution and follow-up of the event management portfolio, client management, handling and communication with external agencies, suppliers, HQ and local Team members
Press Relation and Communication:
· Supporting the PR Manager, PR and Marketing Coordinator with press relations (strategic planning, press requests, pitches, contact lists), press events, reporting
· Profiling of social media talents and growing the network of ambassadors
Give Away Handling:
· Supporting the team on annual gifting strategy mainly on organizing and planning main execution throughout the year
Special Responsibility:
· Handling of SAP relevant processes and support team administration
YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE:
· Above-average university's degree in business administration or economics with focus on marketing or communication and initial internship experience in these areas, preferable in the luxury goods industry
· Creative person with strong communication skills who enjoys interacting with different interfaces and has a team-oriented approach to work
· Independent, accurate, efficient, solution-oriented and proactive working style
· Organizational and analytical skills as well as a hands-on mentality
· Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum C1 level), French is a plus
· Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Word, experience with SAP desirable
