Main Tasks
· Global and local CRM campaign planning (yearly, quarterly, monthly)
· CRM asset development, localization and execution for multiple channels (e.g. email, sms, mms, chat) + test & monitor
· Manage local market requests for 20+ markets globally
· Testing, monitoring & reporting of CRM assets
· Define guidelines to ensure consistent experiences, standardized processes as well as brand compliant and technology advanced assets design
· CRM IT change request management
Requirements:
· Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
· 3+ years of experience in CRM & Direct Marketing, preferably with experience in automated campaign management
· Client centric mindset with a good understanding of CRM systems & processes
· Experience in managing projects with a variety of stakeholders (marketing, retail, e-commerce, creative agencies)
· Structured approach with strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
· Fluent in English
