Job description
How will you make an impact?
You will play a key role in the Lisbon Boutique, being an Ambassador of the Maison, and developing lasting relationships with our customers and creating unique experiences for them.
· You will ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
· You will strive to always improve and surprise the clients
· Transmits the passion and values of the Maison
· You will acts as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of Care Service
How will you experience success with us?
· You deal with ease during negotiations and objections
· You have great presentation skills, with a high sense of aesthetics
· You meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
· You respect all group, Maison and boutique policies and procedures
· You assist with special projects when requested

What Skills are we looking for?
· English C1.
· A passion for establishing an outstanding & caring environment within cross-industry experience - a retail background is not necessary but preferred
· Discreet with an eye for detail and uncovering the needs of your Clients and team members
· Strong interpersonal and customer centric skills
· Dedication to provide special and unique services
· Team spirit, taking initiatives and flexible mindset
