Junior Global Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time

 

ABOUT THE POSITION

 

With the centralization of the pricing function in our A. Lange & Söhne sales team, we capture value by a proactive approach towards market-specific strategies for our timepieces. To drive this initiative to the next horizon, we are looking for a Specialist to join our team in Berlin.

 

The Junior Global Pricing Specialist plays a pivotal role in creating a central pricing strategy for each of our product segments, in which quality defines our success as a team and company.

 

Navigating the complexities of diverse market requirements and client expectations, you will develop a sustainable infrastructure for our pricing implementation. This critical work requires coordination across various departments in our manufactory as well as market teams worldwide.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

·  Proactive development of A. Lange & Söhne’s pricing strategy
·  Definition of new strategies based on price analysis
·  Development and implementation of individual pricing models
·  Stake-holder-oriented communication of new internal and external information
·  Audience-focused tailoring of complex business cases in alignment with the brand’s strategic priorities across multiple departments

 

  YOUR SKILLS 

 

·  University degree (M. Sc., B.Sc.) in business administration, management and data science or statistics
·  Strong affinity towards business relevant tools (MS-Excel, Power BI (incl. DAX function), SAP BW or Google Looker & PowerPoint)
·  High motivation for continuous growth in data analytic applications and ERP-Systems
·  First experiences in pricing, definition of pricing strategies, sales and service of an international group
·  Perseverant team player, strong in building positive working relationships across functional and hierarchical boundaries
·  Willingness to learn the fine watchmaking business with diligence
·  Good command of German and English

 

This is a plus:

·  Basic understanding of SAP (in particular: SD, MM) infrastructure
·  Knowledge of corresponding cross-process requirements of product pricing and supply chain requirements in an ERP-Environment
