We are looking for an experienced Logistics Professional to oversee all logistics operations within Richemont Oceania.
The Logistics and TC Manager will supervise and co-ordinate day-to-day logistics activities to meet or exceed Brands’ service expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner in accordance to customs and local authorities’ procedures and regulations in Oceania.
Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including designing efficient transportation networks and optimizing warehousing operations.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Inbound/Outbound Shipments
· Monitor all inbound shipments to ensure timely import clearance and delivery to all point of sales
· Co-ordinate inter-company and inter-boutique movements including customer repairs
· Verify and validate freight, storage, and transport related invoices
· Organize reverse logistics and prepare export documentation for returns to suppliers
· Filing of invoices, transfer slips and stock movement records
Duty Drawback
· Prepare monthly duty drawback claim for Regional Manager’s validation and approval
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of duty drawback claims to Australia Border Force
CITES Management
· Accounting of CITES purchases, issues, and balances at the end of each month
· Monthly submission of overseas re-export CITES permits to Wildlife Dept.
· Meet with Wildlife Dept. to identify areas of improvement and reinforce controls to ensure compliance
ATA Carnet Management
· Application of ATA Carnet
· Monitor all ATA Carnets for renewal and return status
· Liaise with Chamber of Commerce to resolve discrepancies and irregularities
· Check and ensure ATA Carnets are correctly completed by customs
· Ensure compliance to regional guidelines for ATA Carnet handcarry
Procurement of Logistics Services
· Source and procure logistics services and supplies
· Raise and manage purchase requisitions in SAP
· Evaluate and review the performance of service providers
Security and Insurance
· Arrange CIT for local and overseas transfer/shipment according to Transit Limits set by Group
· Organize the transport and storage required to support for Brands’ communication activities
· Organize with appointed surveyor company for shipment surveys
· File shipment claims and follow-up till closure
Staff Management
· Identify staffs’ training and development needs (internal & external training)
· Team build, lead and motivate staffs
· Discipline and turnout of staffs
· Staff management and assessment (including recruitment, appraisal and development)
Product & Trade Compliance
· Ensure all import and export, customs formalities, and transport activities are executed within the local law boundary and are in-compliance with the Group Trade & Product Compliance and Security Guidelines
· Review and audit logistics process, flows and documentation to rectify areas of non-compliance and deviation
· Perform regulatory monitoring, and update stakeholders on changes in legislations, impact on business and operations
· Mandatory reporting/declarations to authorities, such as ABF, EPR, AICIS
· Prepare training materials and conduct annual PTC training to Maisons and RRF
Logistics Projects
· Initiate, lead and/or participate in Local/Regional/Group projects
· Perform Key User tests (KUT) in SAP ERP/MM/GTS per project requirements
Logistics Budget
· Assist the Manager in formulating the annual budget for CAPEX and OPEX
· Monitor logistics expenses in accordance to the run rate and identify areas of deviation
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· A bachelor's degree is typically required, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
· Several years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations are essential, ideally including experience in a managerial or supervisory role
· Deep understanding of freight forwarding, transportation modes (air, ocean and ground), and customs clearance procedures is crucial
· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
· Effective time management, organizational skills, and project management experience
· Pro-active, action-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure
· Experience with logistics software, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other relevant tools (SAP experience is an advantage)
