Jr Retail Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Retail Operations Support

• Provide operational support to boutiques and commercial teams.

• Assist in monitoring retail operational standards and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

• Support boutique requests related to operational supplies, materials, and tools (prepare the forecast and the distribution for the POSM)

• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of operational materials such as uniforms, boutique supplies, and client experience elements, following Chez Cartier guidelines

 

2. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare and maintain operational and retail performance reports (QBR, KPIs updates)

• Collaborate with marketing and supply to guarantee the adequate stock and visibility of our creations

• Support monitoring of boutique KPIs and assist in preparing dashboards and analysis.

• Consolidate boutique data and support management with insights to improve retail performance.

• Assist in tracking operational budgets and expenses.

 

3. Policies, Procedures & Compliance

• Assist in the rollout, communication, and maintenance of boutique procedures and guidelines, including proper documentation.

• Provide timely support to boutiques and field teams on compliance and retail operations questions and clarifications.

• Support boutique audit logistics, preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions in partnership with the Manager.

• Consolidate audit findings and follow up with boutiques to ensure timely closure.

• Ensure monthly stock counts are taking place and assist when needed.

• Support the organization of compliance-related training, meetings, and projects.

4. Tools & Systems Support

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of retail tools and digital systems (My Catalogue, Sovia, RetailPro, GK).

• Coordinate with IT teams to support system updates, pain points, , incident tracking and solution implementation.

5. Continuous Improvement & Projects

• Support operational improvement initiatives across the retail network.

• Assist with operational aspects of boutique projects such as openings, renovations, or relocations.

• Identify, in partnership with the boutique teams, operational inefficiencies, pain points and propose improvements.

 

6. Administrative & Vendor Coordination

• Support invoice processing and vendor coordination for operational services (quotations, PO, invoice and follow-up of payments)

• Maintain relationships with service providers supporting the retail network.

 

Profile & Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial operations.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with reporting, dashboards, or operational analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish or French is a plus.
