La Maison Delvaux is looking for a technically skilled, analytically minded SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) Specialist to join our IT Team based in our Headquarters in Brussels.

 

Your mission in the IT Team as an IT Project Manager - Manufacturing is to work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of our SAP AFS system.

As a specialist you will be responsible for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance to support business processes and operational efficiency.

 

Your main tasks will mainly include :

 

·  Collaboration with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP AFS solutions in close cooperation with external consultants
·  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and functionality
·  Provide functional and technical support for business stakeholders and colleagues in the IT team, including issue resolution and troubleshooting
·  Manage SAP AFS enhancements and upgrades, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams
·  Conduct user training and create documentation to improve SAP AFS knowledge across the organization
·  Ensure data integrity and support reporting needs within SAP AFS
·  Stay updated on SAP developments and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement

 

Your profile

 

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Businessor in related fields.

 

Your technical skills :

·  Experience or knowledge of SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
·  Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP AFS or similar ERP solution in an IT or business-facing role
·  Minimum of 2 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools
·  Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is a plus
·  Good understanding of SAP AFS modules, including production orders, bill-of-material, bill-of-labour, inventory, and procurement
·  Experience or knowledge of SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
·  Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
·  Eye for detail and for accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high standards in data quality.
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid working environment.
·  Mandatory knowledge of written and spoken French and English languages
