For our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a

CORPORATE TRAINEE (100%)

Duration : 18 months

Start : October 2025

Are you looking for challenging projects, work experience abroad and exciting insights into the luxury watch industry? The IWC Schaffhausen Corporate Trainee Program offers you all this.

 

As you rotate through different departments, you will learn best practices in various business areas such as marketing, finance, sales and operations. As part of experienced teams, you will work on projects and be directly involved in day-to-day operations, gaining first-hand experience of how our international business works. One-on-one meetings with our Executive Committee members will give you further insight into our strategic objectives. Matched to your talents and ambitions, you will receive exceptional training, mentoring and coaching to help you develop your skills in our various business areas. As well as getting to know our headquarters organisation, you will discover one of our international markets during a stay abroad (3 months).

 

During eighteen months you will work in an ambitious and fast-paced environment that will prepare you to take on challenging and innovative tasks after the completion of the Corporate Trainee Program.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE.

 

·  Completed Master's degree with a background in business administration, finance, marketing, industrial engineering or a related field is a must.
·  First practical professional experience, preferably in an international setting.
·  The interest and affinity for the luxury goods industry.
·  Openness to explore and the curiosity for various business areas and departments.
·  Fluent in English, with additional fluency in German and/or French required.
