Key Responsibilites:
· Oversee and review of overall boutique inventory including but not limited to sales, shipments, transfers and consignments.
· Play lead role in organization and execution of bi-annual inventory and regularly scheduled cycle counts and responsible for timely resolution of discrepancies.
· Audit stock standards, i.e. tagging accuracy, Quality Control, organization, protection, placement in Boutique Inventory Tool.
· Regularly run reports i.e. Red light, Stock in transit, etc. to ensure compliance
· Review of goods receipt, in-transit reports, and open orders and consignment
· Merchandising Responsibilities - weekly communication of stock needs, replacement of missing visuals, active participation in daily store set up/ pulling of showcases and visuals as well as daily replenishment of under stock.
· Liaise with other boutiques and departments such as Public Relations, Merchandising, Executive Offices, Help Desk, etc. as needed.
· Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing as needed
· Assist with special projects as needed.
Knowledge and Compliance:
· Develop deep understanding and knowledge of brand and products
· Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (i.e. POS, cash handling, product handling, inventory control, etc.).
· Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanour at all times both in person and via telephone.
Education:
· •4-year College degree preferred
Required Experience:
· •Previous experience in luxury retail
· •2-4 years’ experience in inventory control
Technical Skills and Abilities:
· •Must be available to work retail hours including weekends
· •Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
· •Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Windows is required, previous SAP experience preferred.
· Personal skills
· •Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills are required
· •Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
· •Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.

Expected hourly range: $32 -$35 (overtime eligible)
